Art Therapy workshops are one-off sessions using arts-based techniques to explore and develop the experience of the use of art making for expression and reflection. They are usually tailored to the needs of the host event or organisation.
I'm offering one-off project-based art therapy, theme-based art therapy workshops, introduction to art therapy workshops, expressive body-and-art oriented workshops.
The attendees will learn about the benefits of conscious breathing, including how it can benefit their nervous system, and help them regain a sense of balance in their lives.
Breathing workshops can take the form of a one-off session, or can spread across several sessions for more in-depth learnings. A session typically lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours.
