Art Therapy in a group offers you a different experience from one-to-one work because the group creates and offers its own unique dynamic. It is a helpful way to explore personal and group themes. In a supportive, non-judgmental and confidential space, participants can paint and reflect together.

Come together and be creative, explore issues and share thoughts and feelings in both a verbal and non-verbal way. Some groups are run on an ongoing basis; others are run for 8-12 weeks or more. If you are interested in attending an Art Therapy group, please contact me to find out if it is currently in the schedule or if you would like to be put on a waiting list for a place.

I also provide Art Therapy and Art Therapy workshops to schools, charities, hospitals as well as the business and corporate sectors.
